The SU-30M2 is a heavily modernized version of the two-seat SU-27UB trainer. New electronics give this variant enhanced air-to-air and air-to-ground capabilities. 20 aircraft have been delivered to the Russian armed forces so far, some of which are stationed at Belbek Air Base, the military section of Sevastopol Airport.
